What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (contact or market report subscription), we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and your message. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook), to measure how our advertising performs and to show relevant ads on Facebook to people who have visited this site. The pixel may set cookies and collects standard web data such as the pages you visit and your device information. You can opt out of interest-based advertising in your Facebook ad preferences or at optout.aboutads.info, and browser settings that limit third-party tracking will block the pixel entirely.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide what you asked for, such as the quarterly market report or a home valuation. If you subscribe to the market report, we email it to you. Texts go only to people who ticked the SMS box, and only about their inquiry. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can reply STOP to any text to end messages.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, or provide your number and ask to be texted, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and your transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you will receive no further messages. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing mcbuyskc@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from emails or texting STOP ends marketing communication immediately.
